Our reception team welcomes you with warmth and professionalism from the very first moment, assisting with everything from check-in to any practical needs along the way.

Kitchen and Restaurant

Our dedicated butler, together with our experienced service team and skilled chefs, creates memorable culinary experiences throughout the day – from the breakfast buffet to relaxed lunches and elegant dinners. Each menu is thoughtfully tailored to the occasion, with wines carefully selected from our own cellar. Seasonal flavours and locally sourced ingredients take centre stage, always presented with service of the highest standard.

The manor’s butler is trained at The British Butler Institute in London, and ensures that every detail is carefully considered and seamlessly executed – with discretion, professionalism and an unwavering commitment to service.

Housekeeping Team

Those who may be seen the least, yet felt the most. Our trusted housekeeping team ensures that every room and shared space is maintained to the highest standard – allowing you to relax and feel at ease.
At a place like Hafslund Manor, care is essential. Antique furniture, chandeliers, textiles, artworks and delicate surfaces all require the right methods and a gentle, attentive hand. Through their quiet dedication, the housekeeping team ensures that the manor remains beautifully presented at all times.

The leadership team plays a key role in shaping meaningful experiences for both guests and staff. Today, the estate is guided by two principal roles: the Head of Hafslund Manor, and the Head of Operations and Hospitality.
