Service takes place in historic settings that give each meal its own character: the rustic warmth of the Grain Storehouse or the magnificent elegance of the Main House’s Knight’s Hall. Common to all experiences is an atmosphere characterized by history, hospitality and timeless elegance.
The estate's breakfast buffet
Hafslund Hovedgård also wishes to serve a “caring breakfast,” which is a credible delivery in accordance with the estate’s values. By care we mean care for the guest (service), care for the environment (sustainability) and care for local producers. The goal is a good selection of local ingredients, where we emphasize quality over quantity. The Østfold Breakfast has been developed in collaboration with Guldkorn Østfold, who has helped us handpick local suppliers that deliver products of high quality.
