oday, breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared in the Granary’s modern kitchen, where our chefs place great emphasis on seasonal ingredients and flavours sourced from local producers. Guests can gather around long communal tables or smaller group settings, spread across two levels. The open layout offers a natural balance between togetherness and flexibility, whether for intimate groups or larger gatherings.
Kornmagasinet – rustic charm and cozy atmosphere
The log walls and original details give the room a rustic and intimate character. Here, the ceiling is literally low, but the spirits are high – an informal and warm atmosphere that makes it easy to feel at home. In summer, the doors can open to the farmyard, allowing the meal to flow naturally between indoors and outdoors, while autumn and winter evenings offer cozy comfort indoors.
