Our conference packages
Hafslund Manor offers two different conference packages: the standard conference lunch-to-lunch and the stately manor conference lunch-to-lunch. Both conference packages can be upgraded with additional catering. We tailor each event and can also offer various activities as a break between the professional program and dinner in the evening. Examples of activities include a guided tour of the Main House with one of our skilled guides, various team-building activities organized by Modul Event, a bubble lunch served as a picnic in the park, or wine tasting. We can also arrange for live music performances in the Granary or Main House throughout the evening
Classic Conference
Lunch to Lunch
The Classic conference Lunch to Lunch is a conference package that spans over two days. The professional part is held at our modern conference center in the renovated barn, and meals are served in the warm and cozy Grain Warehouse, the original grain storage of the farm. Accommodation is offered in guest rooms adjacent to the conference center.
The package includes:
- Rental of meeting rooms and use of electronic equipment for two days
- Coffee/tea/iced water throughout the professional program
- Fruit and snacks in all breaks
- Hot lunch of the day both days
- 3- or 4-course dinner in the Grain Warehouse
- Standard or upgraded wine package
- Accommodation in standard rooms adjacent to the modern conference center
- Farm breakfast buffet
The Classic Conference can be upgraded with light refreshments upon arrival and afternoon refreshments.
Adjacent to the conference center, we have 69 beds spread across 32 double rooms and 5 single rooms. 14 of these guest rooms are located in the Eastern and Western Pavilions. The guest rooms in the pavilions are classically furnished, while the remaining 23 guest rooms connected to the conference center are modernly furnished.

For the right occasion, we can offer the entire Hafslund Manor at your disposal. Feel like lords or ladies for a day! The Majestic Manor Conference Lunch to Lunch is a conference package with a professional program at the modern conference center, elegantly combined with dinner and accommodation in the venerable Main House from 1762.
The package includes:
- Rental of meeting rooms and use of electronic equipment for two days
- Coffee/tea/iced water throughout the professional program
- Fruit and snacks in all breaks
- Hot lunch of the day both days
- 3- or 4-course dinner in the Main House
- Standard or upgraded wine package
- Wine and cheese platter in the wine cellar after dinner
- Accommodation in our majestic guest rooms in the Main House
- Manor breakfast buffet
The Majestic Manor Conference can be upgraded with light refreshments upon arrival and afternoon refreshments.
In the Main House, we have 33 beds spread across 15 double rooms and 3 single rooms. Each room has its own personal touch and unique atmosphere.
