At Hafslund Manor & Conference Center, history and magnificent splendor are combined with great and modern facilities for meetings and events. The Manor is located in rarely idyllic surroundings, only an hour from Oslo. We have free parking and also brand new charging stations for electric cars available. Our skilled chef team ensures exciting restaurant experiences and we have 55 guest rooms available for guests who want to stay overnight.

Everything in one place
All indoor facilities at the conference center can be reserved for the entire event. This includes the main hall with a view of Hafslund Park, the meeting room along The Main Hall, and the mezzanine above the hall where participants can gather for social mingling.
The premises at The Conference Center have practical solutions. There is stair-free access to the meeting rooms themselves. In addition, there is a lift up to 2. floor and easy access to the mezzanine, also for wheelchair users.
The Great Hall is beautifully situated with a view over the entire adjacent park. Here it is airy and bright, and the venue is suitable for meetings, gatherings and events for between 40 and 100 participants.
Green conferences
In addition to being certified as an Eco-Lighthouse (Miljøfyrtårn) since 2011, we are now also proud to be certified for green conferences. Through this, we take a step towards the sustainable conference, where every aspect is carefully designed with the environment in mind. We are committed to delivering a conference experience that is entirely sustainable, and all events follow the Eco-Lighthouse checklist for green events.
Our guests will be surrounded by environmentally friendly practices, from locally sourced and organic food to excellent options for public transportation and electric car chargers on the premises.

Exclusivity and tailoring
For larger celebrations, we adapt the event’s profile. If the company wants a festive setting for the event, we cover it with white tablecloths and cloth napkins, candelabras and classic flower vases. If good employees are to be honored, an informal mingling buffet with small tables and rustic decor might be more appropriate. We adapt to the guests’ wishes and needs.
For social mingling, guests can pull up to the mezzanine, where we have a bar and pleasant seating areas.
If the company wants to offer accommodation for its colleagues and guests, we can offer 37 guest rooms in the converted barn and associated pavilions. The bedrooms have different room solutions, and all are located in the immediate vicinity of the conference department. For certain events, we can also offer our beautiful 18 guest rooms in The Main House.

For companies in Sarpsborg, Fredrikstad, Viken county municipality and the rest of the country, we offer one of Norway’s finest manor houses as a beautiful backdrop for courses, conferences, gatherings and other events. We welcome guests at the conference centre, the original barn which has been completely renovated and has all facilities in a contemporary, yet historic setting. On special occasions, the stately main house is also made available for accommodation and dinner in The Knights Hall, and the park is available to the public throughout the year.
