Hafslund Manor has long traditions in creating the magical pre-Christmas atmosphere. In the Main House, there have been large Christmas parties since the 18th century, and in recent years we have also set the tables for Christmas dinners in The Granary – the original grain storage of the estate. We place great emphasis on the details to create the magical framework. Traditional high-quality Christmas food based on local ingredients, homemade Christmas treats, beautiful Christmas decorations, delightful scents of Christmas, and a cozy atmosphere. Christmas dinner at Hafslund Manor
Hand-rolled damask tablecloths, candelabras, silverware, flickering candles, crackling fireplace, beautiful traditional Christmas ornaments and homemade Christmas food. These are details that create the truly special setting for a cozy pre-Christmas atmosphere with good colleagues. Start the evening with a glass of bubbles in the Hall of the Main House, combined with a guided tour. After the tour, the hosts welcome guests to the table, whether it’s in The Knights Hall or in The Granary. The Knights Hall is stately and dignified, while in The Granary it’s warm and cozy. But what they have in common is delicious homemade Christmas food and good drinks taking center stage, not to mention the magical pre-Christmas atmosphere.

If guests wish to continue the celebration after dinner, the hosts are happy to assist. We can arrange for live music and dancing in the Grand Hall at the conference center, or mingling at the bar on the Mezzanine. We have 102 bed spaces distributed across 55 guest rooms available for guests. Welcome, and eventually, a joyful manor Christmas!
